(If you feel the need for more of a challenge, place your rest in a negative)
Pull Up-Stay on Bar
 Push Up-Plank          
 Sit Up-6" leg lift Hold
        Squat-Seated at the bottom

FINISHER:
Day 79 Burpees
Finish 100 Sit ups
