Set Up/ DL Position
3x5 Clean Shrugs w/weight
3x5 Clean Pulls w/weight

3x3 Holding in catch position for 2-3 sec

Time for Practice Clean
*Clean Goal for the month is consecutive cleans w/o dropping at moderate weight.
