20 Double Unders               - 50 Kettle Bell Swings(1-1.5pd)
200 M Run or 300 M Row  - 50 Box Jumps
20 Double Unders               - 50 Wall Ball Sit Ups
200 M Run or 300 M Row - 50 Pull Ups
20 Double Unders               - 25 SDLHP(65-95#)

Static Hold Competition-  Bottom Push Up, 6" Leg Lift, Bottom OHS
