WOD at 7Flags will work OK thought certainly not as much fun solo. Managed to complete 3 Rounds without music. Must remember to bring cord for IPOD or burn a CD. Romanian DL 100 110, 135 (Though I need to double check that last one. Guys in weight room told me the bar as 45 LB but I want to double check) Thanks for the spreadsheet Angie. Whew that will make things easier. Becky

Way to go Miverva!! :) I know what you mean. Weird feeling today but glad I got my butt up and moving. Not the same but transition is always a learning process. I am excited to see what God has in store!!! Have an awesome day!

Things went well for me too. 165, 185, 205 for my deadlifts, and 14:48 for 5 rounds. Thanks Angie!!

Same here! DLs 185, 205, 225. Starting slow with WODs, scaled yesterdays to 21-15-9 and huffed and puffed for 7:31.
