Two strengths is so much fun!!! I don't have rings yet so I did 21-15-9 deadlifts and HSPU with a 25 yard sprint between each exercise. 5:30.

I love the motivational writing - I think we need to add that to our growing TShirt list.

I don't have easy ring access either - its where the trainers have their "special" area with clients. So I tried bench dips which I guess works. Did you spring in that stream you were telling us about?
