Finisher: Push ups with hand release

WOD 2 (Make up from Saturday)
3 Rounds of the following:
400 M Run
10  Kettlebell Snatches (each arm)
20 Cooper Sit ups

*Elite - go 6 Rounds

Did WOD at home this am..it sucks. boo! But oh well. did 6 rounds thing since pull up bars are not up yet. Reagan (stupid dog) did runs w/ me...don't get any ideas..we are not 'bonding'! i had to keep kicking him off my mat...he apparently likes mats but i don't like having dog hair in my face doing push ups. Grrr.
