At any rate the Becky WOD of the day:Strength HSC 5X5:45, 55, 65, 65, 65Snatch Pull: 70Snatch DL: 95, 115, 135Shoulder Press (oops did pp yesterday) 55Elizabeth: Cleans #65Then.....run 1 mileThen....50 GHD, 25 frog sit ups, 25 sit upsI'm back on the program starting tomorrow. At least until I go on vacation. Then its hiking WODS
