Ok. So I'm still trying to modify since I goofed up from the other day when I used the wrong WOD. At any rate the Becky WOD of the day:

Strength HSC 5X5:45, 55, 65, 65, 65
Snatch Pull: 70
Snatch DL: 95, 115, 135
Shoulder Press (oops did pp yesterday) 55

Elizabeth: Cleans #65

Then.....run 1 mile

Then....50 GHD, 25 frog sit ups, 25 sit ups

I'm back on the program starting tomorrow. At least until I go on vacation. Then its hiking WODS
